The four layouts differ only in how many beds stand in the room, so nobody trades away comfort by travelling in a group. Bathrooms are private throughout, linens are changed for every arrival and the essentials are restocked before you walk in.

Standard Single Room with Shower

One twin bed - suited to solo travellers and overnight stops

A compact, quiet room for one guest, with a private bathroom and shower, a work desk for the emails that always arrive after dinner, and clean linens on a comfortable mattress. It suits business travellers passing through the region and anyone stopping for a single night on the way across central Poland.

The window side stays away from the road, so evenings are as quiet as the rest of the house.

Deluxe Double or Twin Room

Two twin beds - suited to couples, colleagues and friends

Two twin beds that work equally well for couples, colleagues sharing a work trip or friends travelling together. The layout deliberately keeps floor space free for luggage, and the private bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries and hot water at any hour of the night.

A flat-screen television, heating and free Wi-Fi come as standard, as they do in every room here.

Comfort Triple Room

Three twin beds - suited to small families and groups of three

Three twin beds in one generous room, planned for small families and groups travelling together who would rather not split across separate doors. Everyone gets a bed of their own, and the shared kitchen downstairs takes a great deal of pressure off a stay that runs longer than a couple of nights.

Children of all ages are welcome, although cribs and extra beds are not available on the property.

Quadruple Room with Shower

Four twin beds - suited to families and road-trip groups

The largest layout on the property, with four twin beds and a private bathroom with shower. It is a straightforward answer for families, road-trip groups and colleagues who prefer to stay under one roof, and it keeps the cost of a group stay predictable without anyone sleeping on a sofa.

Free private parking outside means a fully loaded car can be unpacked a few steps from the door.

Good to know

A handful of practical points that are easier to read now than to discover on arrival.

Children of all ages are welcome and there is no age restriction at check-in, so groups travelling together can stay together. Cribs and extra beds are not available, which is worth planning around if you are arriving with a baby, and pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.

Some accommodation layouts offer additional kitchen facilities. This varies from room to room, so please ask us directly if cooking in your own space matters for your stay rather than assuming it applies everywhere. Regardless of the answer, all guests are welcome to use the shared kitchen.

Check-in runs from 15:30 until 22:00 and check-out from 07:00 until 11:00. Express check-in and check-out keeps both ends of the stay short, and 24-hour security covers the building and the car park through the night.
