Our staff speak English, Polish, Russian, Turkish and Ukrainian, so ask in whichever language suits you. Phone is quickest for same-day arrivals; email works well for longer stays and group bookings.

The hotel is on Ogrodnicza in Babice Nowe, inside the Stare Babice commune west of Warsaw. Satellite navigation finds the street without trouble, and the car park entrance sits beside the building rather than behind it.
If you are arriving from either airport or from the motorway and would like the simplest route described for your direction of travel, call ahead and we will talk you through the last few kilometres.
Simple arrivals, early departures
Both ends of a stay are kept deliberately short. Express check-in and check-out means a late arrival or a pre-dawn departure does not turn into paperwork, and the times below cover almost every itinerary guests bring with them.
- Check-in
- From 15:30 until 22:00. Let us know if your plans shift during the day and we will make sure someone is expecting you.
- Check-out
- From 07:00 until 11:00, with express check-out for guests leaving before breakfast or heading for a morning flight.
- Parking
- Free private parking on site with no reservation required, so you can unload the car a few steps from the entrance.
- Security
- 24-hour security covers the building and the car park through the night, alongside CCTV in the common areas and key access.
Pets are not allowed on the property, and the whole building is smoke-free. Children of all ages are welcome, though cribs and extra beds are not available, so bedding for very young travellers is worth arranging in advance.
